Parmesan Crusted Baby Dutch Yellow ®Potatoes


  • 1 bag of Baby Dutch Yellow® Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1.5 oz grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Wash potatoes and slice in half
  3. Score each potato
  4. Melt butter, add to a baking tray, mix butter, cheese, garlic powder, oregano, paprika and salt and pepper to create a paste. Add potatoes cut side sound.
  5. Bake at 450 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until crispy
