Parmesan Crusted Baby Dutch Yellow ®Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 bag of Baby Dutch Yellow® Potatoes
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1.5 oz grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Wash potatoes and slice in half
- Score each potato
- Melt butter, add to a baking tray, mix butter, cheese, garlic powder, oregano, paprika and salt and pepper to create a paste. Add potatoes cut side sound.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until crispy
