Butterscotch™ Pear Crisp
Filling:
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Crumble:
2/3 cup almond flour Bob’s Red Mill
4 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 tsp cinnamon
dash of salt
Instructions:
- Melt coconut oil in the Good Cook Skillet, add sliced pears mix, and then sprinkle brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
2. Cook on medium-low for 8-10 minutes
3. Make your crumble by mixing all the ingredients and bake at @350f for 5 minutes till golden brown
4. Top skillet with the crumble, and let it cook for a minute, optional: place a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream and enjoy!
