Elefante Green Gold™ Pineapple Split
Instead of a Banana Split, why not a Pineapple Split?!
Ingredients:
Pineapple split-
- Melissa’s Produce Elefante Green Gold Pineapple
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- Spraying oil
Crumble-
- ½ cup Bob’s Red Mill almond flour
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup oil
Instructions:
- Cut the pineapple into wide wedges
- Dip the Elefante green gold pineapple into a cinnamon-sugar mixture
- Pan fry until golden brown
- Mix the ingredients for the crumble and bake for 6-8 minutes @350f
- Lay the pineapple wedges, place ice cream scoops, top with whipped cream, crumble and chopped nuts
